Road to Recovery - This program coordinates recruitment, screening and training of volunteer drivers in transportation for patients with cancer in our community. Volunteer drivers must possess a good driving record and a serviceable vehicle; may transport patients to and from scheduled treatment appointments only; may not transport patients on non treatment related errands; may not transport physically non ambulatory; may not give medical advice; should contact the nearest medical facility or call 911 in the case of an emergency.
