No previous writing experience is necessary. What is Transformative Writing? Transformative writing is a form of guided self-help that promotes growth and healing through language, symbol and story. Also known as bibliotherapy or writing therapy, it is a holistic approach that respects the various links of wellness, with its attentiveness to body, mind and spirit.  Benefits of Transformative Writing:
